Your information is used to provide our services: matching you with internship opportunities, sharing your profile with companies you apply to, generating AI match scores, and sending notifications about your applications.

3. Data Sharing

When you apply to an internship, your profile, resume, and application materials are shared with the respective company. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Document Storage

Uploaded documents (IDs, transcripts, criminal records) are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. Access is restricted to you, companies you have applied to, and platform administrators.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for data processing at any time by contacting us at privacy@qintern.kz.
